GURUSON Front Loading Washing machine has auto timed, auto reverse, auto digital temperature control, auto stop features with gear box driven in all models and sizes. The body of the machine is fabricated out of stainless steel 304/316. Every joint is welded with argon welding .The inner drum basket is made of perforated S.S sheets having smooth, fine joint.

Dewatering of knitted fabrics with a traditional hydro extractor results creases and wrinkles. These can be avoided by installing our GURUSON balloon squeezer. It solves the problem and also brings two semi-continues operations into a single, continues process of extraction and plating. This machine can open, untangle, extract, stretch and well compact knitted fabric continuously in a single operation. The magnetic stretcher at the outlet of 2nd. nip performs the functions of width setting and overfeed. The stretcher frames are held in position by magnets, thus avoiding the need to change the stretcher frames for different diameters of the fabrics. Equipped with hole detector sensors, motorized expander, sensors for open & close maximum limits, and controlled by PLC, the magnetic stretcher gives value addition by reducing the manual labor and improving the output quality of the fabric.GURUSON Squeezer with ultimate technology performs de-twisting, Straightening, Expanding, Relaxing and Hydro Extracting Functions in one continuous process. The machine is fully computerized with automated control system. Auto turn table, fabric in feed system, fabric expander, high absorption technology squeezing rolls and conveyorized plaiter, the GURUSON squeezer guarantees high speed Fabric output without crease and edge marks. The machine is completely made of stainless steel for reliability, hard wear and high impact resistance.
